◾️ For the Steak

๐Ÿ‘‰ 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1 inch thick)

๐Ÿ‘‰ Salt & black pepper, to taste

๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ‘‰ 2 tbsp butter ๐Ÿงˆ

๐Ÿ‘‰ 3 garlic cloves, smashed

๐Ÿ‘‰ Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs ๐ŸŒฟ (optional)


◾️ For the Cajun Shrimp Sauce

๐Ÿ‘‰ ½ lb (225 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined

๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

๐Ÿ‘‰ 2 tbsp butter ๐Ÿงˆ

๐Ÿ‘‰ 3 garlic cloves, minced

๐Ÿ‘‰ ½ cup diced onion ๐Ÿง…

๐Ÿ‘‰ ½ cup diced red or yellow bell pepper ๐Ÿซ‘

๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 cup heavy cream ๐Ÿฅ›

๐Ÿ‘‰ ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated ๐Ÿง€

๐Ÿ‘‰ Juice of ½ lemon ๐Ÿ‹

๐Ÿ‘‰ Salt & black pepper, to taste

๐Ÿ‘‰ Fresh parsley ๐ŸŒฟ (for garnish)


▶️ How To Make It


1️⃣ Sear the Steaks

Pat steaks dry, season with salt & pepper. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.

Sear 3–4 min per side (medium-rare). Add butter, garlic & herbs, baste in the last minute.

Remove, cover loosely, and rest.


2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.

Melt butter in the same skillet, sautรฉ garlic 30 sec, then cook shrimp 1–2 min per side until pink. Remove.


3️⃣ Make the Sauce

Sautรฉ onions & peppers until softened.

Pour in cream + Parmesan, stir until thick & silky.

Return shrimp, squeeze lemon juice, toss to coat.


4️⃣ Assemble & Serve

Plate steak, spoon shrimp cream sauce over the top.

Garnish with parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes ๐Ÿฅ”, pasta ๐Ÿ, or rice ๐Ÿš.
