🔹️Easy Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna
If you love lasagna but don’t have the time (or energy) for all the layering and baking, this Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is the answer!
👉Ingredients:
↪️1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
↪️½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
↪️2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
↪️1 jar (24 oz) of your favorite pasta sauce
↪️1 lb ground beef, browned and drained (use 2 lbs for extra meatiness if you like)
👉Directions:
✅️1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease and set aside.
✅️2. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your crockpot.
✅️3. Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
✅️4. Place a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce.
✅️5. Sprinkle a portion of the browned ground beef over the ravioli.
✅️6. Add a layer of shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the beef.
✅️7. Repeat the layers—sauce, ravioli, beef, cheeses—until all ingredients are used, ending with a final layer of cheese.
✅️8. Cover and cook:
◾️On LOW for 4–5 hours, or
◾️On HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
✅️9. Serve hot, and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
👉3 Tips for Best Results:
▶️1. Don’t thaw the ravioli: Use them straight from frozen so they hold their shape during cooking.
▶️2. Use high-quality pasta sauce: Since it’s the main flavor base, a good sauce makes a big difference.
▶️3. Add extra cheese on top: A thick final layer of mozzarella will give you that irresistible golden, bubbly finish.
◾️This Easy Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna is the perfect weeknight meal — hearty, cheesy, and incredibly simple.
