๐Ingredients:
๐น 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
๐น 1 cup chicken broth
๐น 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
๐น 1 small onion, finely chopped
๐น 3 garlic cloves, minced
๐น 1 tsp dried thyme
๐น 1 tsp dried rosemary
๐น 1 tsp paprika
๐น Salt & pepper, to taste
๐น 2 cups sliced mushrooms (optional)
๐น 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
๐น Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
๐Instructions:
▶ Step 1 – Season the Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
▶ Step 2 – Layer Ingredients: Place onion and garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay seasoned chicken on top. Add mushrooms if using.
▶ Step 3 – Add Sauce: Pour in cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Gently stir to coat everything evenly.
▶ Step 4 – Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and juicy.
▶ Step 5 – Optional Creamy Touch: About 30 minutes before serving, stir in sour cream for extra creaminess.
▶ Step 6 – Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta for a comforting meal.
Tips:
