๐น️1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

๐น️1/2 onion, diced
๐น️1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
๐น️1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
๐น️2 garlic cloves, minced
๐น️1/4 cup crushed tomatoes
๐น️1/2 cup chicken broth or water
๐น️1 tsp paprika
๐น️1/2 tsp cumin
๐น️Salt and pepper to taste
๐น️1–2 cups cooked white rice
๐น️Optional: fresh cilantro or red chili flakes for garnish and extra heat

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until the chicken is lightly browned.
2️⃣ Add the Veggies:
Stir in the garlic, onion, and both bell peppers. Cook for a few minutes until the veggies are soft and fragrant.
3️⃣ Simmer the Sauce:
Pour in the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir well, then let it simmer for 8–10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Serve It Up:
Spoon the spicy chicken and peppers over a bed of warm white rice. Let the rice soak up all that delicious sauce.
