๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”น️1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

๐Ÿ”น️1 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ”น️1/2 onion, diced

๐Ÿ”น️1/2 green bell pepper, sliced

๐Ÿ”น️1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

๐Ÿ”น️2 garlic cloves, minced

๐Ÿ”น️1/4 cup crushed tomatoes

๐Ÿ”น️1/2 cup chicken broth or water

๐Ÿ”น️1 tsp paprika

๐Ÿ”น️1/2 tsp cumin

๐Ÿ”น️Salt and pepper to taste

๐Ÿ”น️1–2 cups cooked white rice

๐Ÿ”น️Optional: fresh cilantro or red chili flakes for garnish and extra heat


๐Ÿฝ️ Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until the chicken is lightly browned.


2️⃣ Add the Veggies:

Stir in the garlic, onion, and both bell peppers. Cook for a few minutes until the veggies are soft and fragrant.


3️⃣ Simmer the Sauce:

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir well, then let it simmer for 8–10 minutes until the sauce thickens.


4️⃣ Serve It Up:

Spoon the spicy chicken and peppers over a bed of warm white rice. Let the rice soak up all that delicious sauce.


5️⃣ Add Your Finishing Touch:

Top with chopped cilantro or a sprinkle of chili flakes if you like it hotter.
