▶️1 lb ground beef
▶️1 onion, chopped
▶️2 cloves garlic, minced
▶️1 cup frozen peas and carrots

▶️1 tablespoon tomato paste

▶️1 teaspoon dried thyme
▶️Salt and pepper, to taste
▶️4 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
▶️1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
✅️2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any extra fat.
✅️3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
✅️4. Stir in the frozen peas and carrots, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
✅️5. Transfer the meat mixture into the baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
✅️6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes, if you like.
✅️7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
