👉Ingredients:
▶️4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
▶️2 teaspoons yeast
▶️3 tablespoons sugar
▶️1 1/4 cups warm milk
▶️1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
▶️2 eggs
▶️1/2 teaspoon salt
▶️1 egg white + 2 tablespoons water (for egg wash)
▶️2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing after baking)
👉Instructions:
✅️1. In a large bowl, combine the yeast and sugar. Pour in the warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
✅️2. Add the oil, salt, and eggs to the mixture. Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a dough forms.
✅️3. Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
✅️4. Once risen, divide the dough into 24 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking pan.
✅️5. Cover and let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
✅️6. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
✅️7. Brush the rolls with the prepared egg wash to achieve a beautiful golden color.
✅️8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
✅️9. While still warm, brush the rolls generously with melted butter.
