Crockpot Goulash Recipe


👉Ingredients:


↪️2 pounds ground beef

↪️½ onion, diced

↪️1 green bell pepper, diced

↪️1 red bell pepper, diced

↪️1 teaspoon minced garlic

↪️1 teaspoon salt

↪️1 teaspoon black pepper

↪️2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

↪️2 cans (14.5 oz each) tomato sauce

↪️2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes

↪️2 cups beef broth

↪️1 box uncooked elbow macaroni

↪️1 cup frozen peas


👉Instructions:

✅️1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.


✅️2. Add diced onion and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables are tender.


✅️3. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture into a 6-quart crockpot.


✅️4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.


✅️5. Stir everything together well.


✅️6. Cover and cook on High for 3½ hours.


✅️7. One hour before serving, cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.


✅️8. Thirty minutes before serving, stir in the cooked macaroni and frozen peas.


✅️9. Cover and cook for the remaining 30 minutes.
