👉Ingredients:


🔸️1 apple (grated with peel)

🔸️1 egg

🔸️2 tablespoons sugar

🔸️A pinch of salt

🔸️150g yogurt

🔸️140g flour

🔸️½ teaspoon baking powder


👉Instructions:

↪️1. Grate the apple with the peel and set aside.

↪️2. In a bowl, whisk the egg with sugar and salt until light and foamy.

↪️3. Add the yogurt and mix well.

↪️4. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then stir until smooth.

↪️5. Fold in the grated apple.

↪️6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop in spoonfuls of batter for each pancake.

↪️7. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

↪️8. Let them rest on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
