👉Ingredients:
🔹️2 pounds round steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
🔹️1 cup beef broth
🔹️½ cup low sodium soy sauce
🔹️1 tablespoon minced garlic
🔹️⅓ cup brown sugar
🔹️2 tablespoons sesame oil
🔹️2 tablespoons cornstarch
🔹️2 tablespoons cold water
🔹️1 broccoli crown, cut into small pieces
🔹️1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Add the steak to the crock pot.
✅️2. In a bowl, mix together beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour this over the steak.
✅️3. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3 hours, until beef is tender.
✅️4. In a small bowl, stir together cornstarch and cold water. Add this to the slow cooker.
✅️5. Stir in the broccoli and cook on low for about 30 minutes, until the sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.
✅️6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired and serve hot over rice.
