๐Ÿ”น️2–3 lbs pork loin, trimmed

๐Ÿ”น️2 tbsp vegetable oil

๐Ÿ”น️Salt and pepper, to taste

๐Ÿ”น️8 garlic cloves, minced

๐Ÿ”น️1/4 cup soy sauce

๐Ÿ”น️1/2 cup brown sugar

๐Ÿ”น️1 can (23.5 oz) pineapple chunks with juice

↪️1. Prep the Pork: Season pork loin with salt and pepper after trimming any fat.


↪️2. Sear: In a hot skillet with oil, brown the pork on all sides (2–4 min each).


↪️3. Slow Cook: Place pork in the slow cooker. Add garlic, soy sauce, pineapple (with juice), and sprinkle brown sugar over it.

For slicing: Cook on low 4–6 hours.

For shredding: Cook on low 8–10 hours, basting occasionally.
