👉Ingredients:
🔹️1 lb (450g) chicken thighs or breast, sliced into strips
🔹️Salt and black pepper, to taste
🔹️1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or olive oil)
🚨For the Glaze:
🔹️¼ cup soy sauce
🔹️¼ cup honey or brown sugar
🔹️2 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
🔹️2 garlic cloves, minced
🔹️1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
🔹️1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Season the Chicken: Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken strips.
✅️2. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides and nearly done. Remove and set aside.
✅️3. Prepare the Glaze: In the same pan, combine soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Stir and bring to a simmer.
✅️4. Thicken the Sauce: Stir in the cornstarch-water mixture and keep stirring until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
✅️5. Coat the Chicken: Return the chicken to the pan, stirring well so each piece is coated with the glaze. Cook for a few more minutes until it looks caramelized and glossy.
✅️6. Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy hot!
