Crispy Potato and Cheese Balls with Garlic Butter


👉Ingredients:

↪️2 large potatoes, peeled and diced


↪️1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


↪️1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


↪️1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


↪️4 tablespoons butter


↪️2 cloves garlic, minced


↪️Salt and pepper, to taste


👉Instructions:

✅️1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.


✅️2. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain well and mash them in a large bowl.


✅️3. Mix in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.


✅️4. Roll the potato mixture into small balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.


✅️5. In a small pan, melt the butter over low heat and sauté the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant (about 1 minute).


✅️6. Brush the garlic butter generously over the potato balls.


✅️7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
