Crispy Chicken Strips




👉Ingredients:

▶️Chicken breast

▶️Roasted cornflakes (crushed)

▶️Flour

▶️Beaten egg

▶️Salt

▶️Black pepper

▶️Extra virgin olive oil

▶️Ketchup

▶️Pitted black olives


👉Preparation:

🔹️1. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Season with salt and black pepper, then lightly coat with flour.

🔹️2. Dip each strip into beaten egg, then roll in crushed roasted cornflakes.

🔹️3. Fry in hot extra virgin olive oil until golden and crispy.

🔹️4. Place on paper towels to drain any excess oil.

🔸️1. Double-Coat for Extra Crunch:

After the first cornflake coating, dip the strip back into the egg and coat again with cornflakes. This gives an extra crispy and thick crust!

Want a lighter version? Bake the strips at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway. They’ll still be golden and crispy without frying.
