- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 large eggs

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

🔹️1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan to ensure your bread comes out easily.


🔹️2. In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Whisk these dry ingredients together until well mixed.


🔹️3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together using a mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
