๐Ingredients:
◾️4 pork chops
◾️1 slice of pineapple (fresh or canned)
◾️2 garlic cloves, minced
◾️1 tbsp olive oil
◾️1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
◾️Salt & pepper to taste
◾️1 tsp oregano (optional)
◾️1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (for extra sweetness)
◾️Juice of half a lemon (optional)
◾️Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
๐Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the pineapple: Slice fresh or drain canned pineapple and cut as desired.
