↪️1 head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch thick slices
↪️1 lb lean ground beef
↪️½ cup tomato sauce (or ketchup)
↪️½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Monterey Jack), divided
↪️½ teaspoon salt and black pepper
↪️½ teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
↪️1 teaspoon grated garlic
↪️½ cup chopped green onion
↪️½ cup chopped parsley
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
✅️2. Arrange the cabbage slices on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.
