½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Cajun seasoning

๐น Make the Cajun Sauce:
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
๐น Prepare the Shrimp:
1. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, lemon zest, and Cajun seasoning.
2. In a second bowl, whisk egg and milk.
3. Place panko breadcrumbs on a plate.
