๐ฒ Slow Cooker Lamb Obsession ๐๐
Tender, flavorful lamb cooked low and slow in a creamy, herby sauce — pure comfort food with almost no effort!
๐น️ Ingredients
◾️ 4–6 lamb chops (or lamb shanks, roast, diced lamb — any cut works!)
◾️ 1 x 420g can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (no water added)
◾️ 1 x 40g packet French Onion Soup Mix (dry)
◾️ 1 tbsp mint sauce or mint jelly
◾️ 1 onion, diced
๐น️ Directions
1️⃣ Place lamb in the slow cooker bowl.
2️⃣ Add diced onion on top.
3️⃣ Mix mushroom soup, French onion mix, and mint sauce together.
4️⃣ Pour mixture over lamb.
5️⃣ Cook on LOW for 6 hours (or 8 hours for a large roast) until tender and juicy.
