A comforting dish that combines juicy homemade meatballs with a rich, creamy shrimp sauce — full of flavor and perfect for dinner time! ๐Ÿ˜‹


๐Ÿ”น️ Ingredients:

๐Ÿ‘‰ For the Meatballs:

◾️ 1 lb ground beef

◾️ ½ lb ground pork

◾️ ½ cup breadcrumbs

◾️ 1 egg

◾️ 2 cloves garlic, minced

◾️ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

◾️ 1 tsp salt

◾️ ½ tsp black pepper

◾️ 1 tsp Italian seasoning

◾️ 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

◾️ 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)


๐Ÿ‘‰ For the Shrimp Cream Sauce:

◾️ 1 tbsp butter

◾️ ½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

◾️ 2 cloves garlic, minced

◾️ 1 cup heavy cream

◾️ ½ cup chicken broth

◾️ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

◾️ 1 tsp paprika

◾️ ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

◾️ Salt & pepper to taste

◾️ 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped


๐Ÿ‘‰ Directions:

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.

2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook meatballs until browned & cooked through (8–10 min). Remove & set aside.

3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter, add shrimp, and cook 2–3 min per side until pink. Remove & set aside.

4️⃣ Add garlic, sautรฉ 1 min, then pour in heavy cream + chicken broth. Stir well.

5️⃣ Mix in Parmesan, paprika & red pepper flakes. Simmer 3–4 min until thickened.

6️⃣ Return shrimp & meatballs, toss in sauce, and cook 2 min.

7️⃣ Garnish with basil and serve warm.
