Slow Cooker Beef Stew Delight



Beef Stew – Just What You Need on a Chilly November Afternoon! 🍂🍲

👉Ingredients:

↪️2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

↪️¼ cup all-purpose flour

↪️½ teaspoon salt

↪️½ teaspoon black pepper

↪️1½ cups beef broth

↪️4 medium carrots, sliced

↪️3 medium potatoes, diced

↪️1 medium onion, chopped

↪️1 celery stalk, chopped

↪️1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

↪️1 teaspoon paprika

↪️1 garlic clove, minced

↪️1 large bay leaf


👉Directions:

✅️1. Place the beef in your slow cooker.


✅️2. In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over the meat and stir to coat evenly.


✅️3. Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and bay leaf. Stir everything together gently.
