๐Ÿ”ธ️2 egg yolks, beaten

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ️1/2 tsp paprika

๐Ÿ”ธ️Salt and pepper, to taste

๐Ÿ”ธ️Fresh parsley, for garnish

๐Ÿ”ธ️Cooked rice or puff pastry, for serving

↪️1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sautรฉ onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.

↪️2. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes to deepen the flavor.

↪️3. Add shrimp and cook until just pink and opaque, about 3–4 minutes.

↪️4. Pour in chicken broth and the non-alcoholic wine (or additional broth). Simmer gently.

↪️5. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks and heavy cream. Slowly stir the mixture into the skillet to avoid scrambling the eggs.

↪️6. Add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let cook for 2–3 more minutes until thickened and creamy.
