🍛 Creamy Paprika Chicken Curry Bowl with Rice & Golden Potatoes

👉Ingredients:

Chicken breast, cut into cubes 🍗

Garlic and onion, finely chopped 🧄🧅

Paprika (smoked or sweet) 🌶️

Heavy cream or plain yogurt 🥛

Olive oil or butter 🧈

Cooked basmati or jasmine rice 🍚

Diced golden potatoes 🥔

Fresh parsley, for garnish 🌿

Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (optional)


👉Instructions:

▶️1. In a hot pan, cook the chicken cubes in oil or butter until golden brown.


▶️2. Add chopped garlic, onion, and paprika. Stir for a minute until fragrant.


▶️3. Pour in the cream or yogurt and let it simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.


▶️4. While the curry simmers, roast or pan-fry the diced potatoes until crispy and golden.


▶️5. Serve the creamy chicken curry over a bed of rice. Add the crispy potatoes on the side and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
