๐ Ingredients:

↪️1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

↪️2 tbsp butter
↪️4 garlic cloves, minced
↪️1 cup sliced mushrooms
↪️3 cups baby spinach
↪️1 cup heavy cream
↪️1/2 cup chicken broth
↪️1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
↪️Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
↪️Chopped parsley, for garnish

✅️1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
✅️2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked. Remove and set aside.
