↪️Chopped parsley, for garnish

๐Ÿ”ฅ Directions:

✅️1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

✅️2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked. Remove and set aside.

✅️3. Lower the heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, and mushrooms to the same skillet. Sautรฉ 3–4 minutes until mushrooms are soft and golden.

✅️4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

✅️5. Pour in the cream and chicken broth. Simmer 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

✅️6. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.

✅️7. Return the shrimp and pasta to the pan. Toss everything gently to coat in the creamy sauce.

✅️8. Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

๐Ÿ’ก 3 Tips for Success:

1. Don’t overcook the shrimp – once they turn pink and curl, they’re done!

2. Want a lighter version? Use half cream and half evaporated milk for a slightly leaner sauce.

3. Add a pinch of nutmeg to the cream sauce to deepen the flavor — just a little makes a big difference!

✨ Quick, creamy, and full of flavor — the kind of dinner that feels special but is easy enough for any night!
