1 lb ground beef, ½ cup breadcrumbs, ¼ cup chopped onion, ¼ cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper.
▶️Potato Topping:
4 russet potatoes (cubed), ¼ cup butter, ½ cup milk, 1 cup shredded cheddar, salt & pepper.
▶️Final Toppings:
½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon, ¼ cup chopped green onions.

✅️1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 dish.
