Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta

👉Ingredients:

3 lbs ground beef


1 box small shell pasta


1 full block Velveeta cheese (cubed)


1 handful sharp cheddar cheese


2 packets taco seasoning


1 can original Rotel (tomatoes & green chilies)


1/2 cup milk


👉Directions:

✅️1. Brown the ground beef, drain the fat, and set aside.

✅️2. Boil shell pasta until tender, then drain and set aside.

✅️3. In the same pan you used for the beef, melt the Velveeta with the milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.

✅️4. Add in the cooked shells and beef, stirring to combine.

✅️5. Mix in the taco seasoning and Rotel. Stir well.

✅️6. Add sharp cheddar cheese, stir again, and serve hot.
