Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1¼ lbs flank steak, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced ginger

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup soy sauce

1½ tablespoons sugar

1½ tablespoons cornstarch

¼ cup water

✅️6. Return the peppers to the pan with the steak.
