5 Cheese Crack and Cheese




👉Ingredients:

↪️1 lb elbow macaroni

↪️2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

↪️1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

↪️1 cup shredded gouda cheese

↪️1 cup grated parmesan cheese

↪️1 cup softened cream cheese

↪️½ cup milk

↪️¼ cup butter

↪️1 tsp garlic powder

↪️Salt and pepper, to taste


👉Directions:

✅️1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set it aside.

✅️2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

✅️3. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the cream cheese and milk, whisking continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

✅️4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked macaroni, making sure every piece is coated.

✅️5. Add the cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, and parmesan, stirring until all the cheeses are melted and gooey.

✅️6. Transfer everything into your prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

✅️7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.

✅️8. Let it rest for a few minutes, then dig in while it’s still warm and cheesy.
