Perfect Keto Pizza Crust (Easy & Delicious!)
👉Ingredients:
🔸️1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🔸️1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🔸️1 tablespoon cream cheese
🔸️1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
🔸️1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
🔸️1 egg
🔸️3/4 cup almond flour (Blue Diamond brand on Amazon is my favorite)
👉Instructions:
↪️1. Combine mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese in a bowl.
↪️2. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave another 45 seconds and stir again.
↪️3. Fold in everything bagel seasoning and Italian seasoning.
↪️4. Add the egg and almond flour. Mix until a dough forms.
↪️5. Place the dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to fit your pan.
↪️6. Poke holes in the crust with a fork.
↪️7. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8 minutes.
↪️8. Remove from the oven, add a thin layer of sugar-free pizza sauce, your favorite toppings, and cheese.
↪️9. Bake for another 8 minutes at 425°F.
