👉Instructions:
✅️1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine until just tender (al dente), following package directions. Before draining, reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Drain and set aside.
✅️2. Season the Chicken:
While the pasta cooks, pat the chicken breasts dry and coat both sides generously with Cajun seasoning.
✅️3. Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked (internal temp should reach 165°F). Remove from skillet and let rest.

Lower the heat to medium. Pour the chicken broth and heavy cream into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom to build flavor. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until it slightly thickens, then remove from heat.
