Orange Basbousa

👉Ingredients:

◾️1 cup sugar

◾️1 cup vegetable oil

◾️4 eggs

◾️2 tsp vanilla extract

◾️1 cup fresh orange juice

◾️2 tbsp orange zest

◾️1 cup shredded coconut

◾️2 cups semolina (half fine, half medium grind if possible)

◾️2 packets baking powder (about 2 tsp total)

◾️A pinch of salt
