Hawaiian Carrot Pineapple Cake

👉Ingredients:

↪️2 cups all-purpose flour

↪️1 cup white sugar

↪️1 tsp baking powder

↪️1 tsp baking soda

↪️1/2 tsp salt

↪️1 tsp ground cinnamon

↪️1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

↪️1/2 tsp ground ginger

↪️1 cup vegetable oil

↪️4 large eggs

↪️2 cups shredded carrots

↪️1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

↪️1 tsp vanilla extract

↪️1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

↪️Cream cheese frosting (for topping)


👉Instructions:

✅️1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

✅️2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

✅️3. Add the oil and eggs to the bowl, mixing until everything is fully combined.

✅️4. Fold in the shredded carrots, drained pineapple, vanilla extract, and walnuts if using.

✅️5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.

✅️6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

✅️7. Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

✅️8. Once cooled, frost with cream cheese frosting.
