Fajita Chicken Casserole (Easy & Flavor-Packed!)


👉Ingredients:

▶️2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

▶️1 red bell pepper, sliced

▶️1 green bell pepper, sliced

▶️1 small onion, sliced

▶️1 tsp chili powder

▶️1/2 tsp cumin

▶️1/2 tsp garlic powder

▶️1 cup sour cream

▶️1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

▶️Salt and pepper to taste


👉Instructions:

↪️1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.


↪️2. In a skillet, sauté the onion and bell peppers until they’re tender and slightly caramelized.
