👉Ingredients:
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Wan Ja Shan Organic Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buns or rice for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
👉Directions:
✅️1. Place the sliced onions at the bottom of the crockpot.
✅️2. Season the beef chuck roast generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
✅️3. Add the beef on top of the onions in the crockpot.
✅️4. In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Pour this mixture over the beef.
✅️5. Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat, cooking for 8 hours, or high heat for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
✅️6. Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks and stir it back into the sauce.
✅️7. Serve the BBQ beef on buns or over rice, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
