Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillet



Ingredients:


๐Ÿ”น️For the Fish:

◾️4 white fish fillets (like cod, tilapia, or haddock)

◾️2 tablespoons olive oil

◾️Salt and pepper to taste

◾️1 teaspoon paprika

◾️1 teaspoon garlic powder

◾️1 teaspoon onion powder


๐Ÿ”น️For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

◾️4 tablespoons butter

◾️2 tablespoons olive oil

◾️4 garlic cloves, minced

◾️Juice and zest of 2 lemons

◾️1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

◾️Salt and pepper to taste

◾️Lemon slices

◾️Chopped fresh parsley

๐Ÿ”น️1. Prepare the Fish:

◾️Pat the fish fillets dry.

◾️Rub with olive oil and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

◾️Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

◾️Cook the fillets for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and flaky.

◾️Remove from the pan and set aside.

◾️In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.

◾️Add butter and olive oil. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

◾️Stir in lemon juice, zest, and chopped parsley.

◾️Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

◾️Place the fish on a plate.

◾️Spoon the lemon butter sauce over the top.

◾️Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
