👉Ingredients:
◾️2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
◾️¾ teaspoon garlic powder
◾️3 tablespoons vegetable oil
◾️1 beef bouillon cube
◾️¼ cup hot water
◾️1 tablespoon cornstarch
◾️½ cup chopped onion
◾️2 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
◾️1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes (with liquid)
◾️3 tablespoons soy sauce
◾️1 teaspoon white sugar
◾️1 teaspoon salt
👉Instructions:
🔹️1. Sprinkle the beef strips with garlic powder.
🔹️2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the beef for about 5 minutes on each side until browned. Then place the beef in the slow cooker.
🔹️3. In a small bowl, dissolve the bouillon cube in the hot water. Stir in the cornstarch until smooth, then pour it over the beef in the slow cooker.
🔹️4. Add the onions, bell peppers, stewed tomatoes (with liquid), soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir everything gently.
🔹️5. Cover and cook:
◾️On High for 3 to 4 hours
◾️Or on Low for 6 to 8 hours
