🍖 Slow-Braised Pot Roast with Gravy
👉Ingredients:
🔹️3–4 lb chuck roast
🔹️Salt & pepper
🔹️2 tbsp olive oil
🔹️1 large onion, chopped
🔹️4 garlic cloves, minced
🔹️4 cups beef broth
🔹️2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🔹️1 tbsp tomato paste
🔹️1 tsp thyme
🔹️1 tsp rosemary
🔹️3 carrots, chopped
🔹️3 potatoes, cubed
👉Instructions:
↪️1. Season the roast generously with salt and pepper.
↪️2. Heat olive oil in a large pot and sear the roast on all sides until browned.
↪️3. Remove the roast and sauté the chopped onion and garlic in the same pot.
↪️4. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary.
↪️5. Return the roast to the pot and add the chopped carrots and potatoes.
↪️6. Cover and braise in a 325°F oven for 3 hours, until the meat is tender.
↪️7. Shred the meat and stir it into the gravy before serving.
🧀 Southern Baked Mac & Cheese
👉Ingredients:
🔸️2 cups elbow macaroni
🔸️2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
🔸️1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🔸️½ cup grated parmesan cheese
🔸️2 large eggs
🔸️2 cups whole milk
🔸️½ cup heavy cream
🔸️½ tsp paprika
🔸️½ tsp black pepper
🔸️Salt to taste
🔸️2 tbsp butter
👉Instructions:
↪️1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
↪️2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
↪️3. Grease a baking dish with butter and layer in the cooked pasta and cheeses.

👉Ingredients:
🔹️4–5 large carrots, sliced
🔹️3 tbsp butter
🔹️½ cup brown sugar
🔹️¼ tsp cinnamon
🔹️1 tsp vanilla extract
🔹️Pinch of salt
👉Instructions:
🔹️1. Boil the carrots in water until they are tender, then drain.
🔹️2. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the brown sugar and cinnamon.
🔹️3. Stir in the vanilla extract and toss the cooked carrots into the skillet.
🔹️4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are glazed and syrupy.
