Creamy Shrimp & Sausage Pasta Delight


Creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor—perfect for any night of the week!

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 lb penne pasta (or your favorite pasta)

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

๐Ÿ”ธ️2 smoked sausages (or Andouille for extra spice), sliced

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 green bell pepper, sliced

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 red bell pepper, sliced

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 medium onion, sliced

๐Ÿ”ธ️2 cloves garlic, minced

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 cup heavy cream

๐Ÿ”ธ️1½ cups shredded mozzarella

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 cup grated Parmesan

๐Ÿ”ธ️2 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 tsp paprika

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 tsp garlic powder

๐Ÿ”ธ️1 tsp onion powder

๐Ÿ”ธ️½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

๐Ÿ”ธ️Salt and pepper to taste

๐Ÿ”ธ️Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

๐Ÿ”น️1. Boil the Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

๐Ÿ”น️2. Brown the Sausage:

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

๐Ÿ”น️3. Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

Add bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the same pan. Cook until softened, about 4–5 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Add cooked pasta, shrimp, and sausage to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Let it heat through.
