👉Ingredients:
◾️Pasta of your choice (spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine)
◾️2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
◾️2 cups fresh broccoli florets
◾️1 cup heavy cream
◾️1/2 cup chicken broth
◾️1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
◾️2 garlic cloves, minced
◾️1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter
◾️1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
◾️Salt and black pepper to taste
👉Instructions:
▶️1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
▶️2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
▶️3. Add the diced chicken and sauté until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
▶️4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
▶️5. Add broccoli and a splash of chicken broth. Cover and steam for 3–5 minutes until tender.
▶️6. Pour in the heavy cream and remaining chicken broth. Stir to combine.
▶️7. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
▶️8. Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.
▶️9. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
▶️10. Serve warm, topped with extra Parmesan if desired.
◾️Tip: Add red pepper flakes for a little heat or a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness!
