The Ultimate Creamy Asiago Chicken Recipe

✅ Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”น 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp onion powder

๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp parsley

๐Ÿ”น 1 ½ cups dry white wine

๐Ÿ”น 2 cups mushrooms (halved

๐Ÿ”น 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)

๐Ÿ”น ½ cup heavy cream

๐Ÿ”น 2 cloves garlic, minced

๐Ÿ”น ½ cup flour

๐Ÿ”น 3 tbsp butter

๐Ÿ”น ½ cup shredded Asiago cheese

๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp salt

๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp black pepper


✅ Instructions:

1. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Place chicken between plastic wrap and pound to ¼-inch thickness. Cut each breast into 3 tender-sized pieces.


2. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Dredge chicken pieces in flour, set aside.


3. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Heat 1 tbsp olive oil + butter in a large skillet. Sautรฉ chicken until golden brown, ~4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.


4. ๐Ÿ‘‰ In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil, onion powder, mushrooms, and garlic. Sautรฉ until mushrooms brown.


5. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Pour in white wine, scraping up browned bits. Add chicken back, sprinkle parsley. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.


6. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Remove chicken again. Stir in cream and slowly melt Asiago cheese over low heat, stirring until smooth and thickened.
