Slow Cooker Jambalaya ๐ค๐๐ถ️
A Louisiana classic made EASY in the crockpot! Bold, smoky, and spicy flavors in one hearty dish.

๐Ingredients:
๐น️ 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
๐น️ 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
๐น️ 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
๐น️ 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
๐น️ 1 large onion, chopped
๐น️ 1 green bell pepper, chopped
๐น️ 1 cup celery, chopped
๐น️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
๐น️ 1 cup chicken broth
๐น️ 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
๐น️ 1 tsp dried thyme
๐น️ 1 tsp dried oregano
๐น️ ½ tsp cayenne pepper
๐น️ ½ tsp paprika
๐น️ Salt & pepper, to taste
๐น️ 2 cups cooked rice
๐น️ Fresh parsley, for garnish
๐Directions:
◾️ Place chicken, sausage, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic in the slow cooker.
◾️ Pour in chicken broth and stir in Cajun seasoning, thyme, oregano, cayenne, and paprika.
◾️ Cook on Low 7–8 hours or High 3–4 hours.
◾️ In the last 30 minutes, add shrimp.
◾️ Season with salt & pepper, serve over rice, and garnish with parsley.
