๐Ÿฅ” 3 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed

๐Ÿฅ’ 2 celery stalks, sliced

๐Ÿƒ 2 bay leaves

๐ŸŒฟ 1 tsp dried thyme

๐ŸŒถ️ 1 tsp smoked paprika

๐ŸŒฑ ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)



๐Ÿ”ท️ HOW TO MAKE IT:

➖️ Step 1 | Coat the Beef

Toss beef cubes with flour, salt, and pepper.


➖️ Step 2 | Sear

Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Brown beef in batches (3–4 mins per side). Remove & set aside.


➖️ Step 3 | Aromatics

In the same pot, sautรฉ onion (3–4 mins). Add garlic (1 min). Stir in tomato paste (1 min).


➖️ Step 4 | Build the Base

Deglaze with wine (or broth), scraping brown bits. Add broth, thyme, paprika, bay leaves & beef. Simmer.


➖️ Step 5 | Add Veggies

Stir in carrots, potatoes & celery. Cover & simmer 1.5–2 hrs, until beef is fork-tender. Stir occasionally.


➖️ Step 6 | Serve
