๐ท️ HOW TO MAKE IT:
➖️ Step 1 | Coat the Beef
Toss beef cubes with flour, salt, and pepper.
➖️ Step 2 | Sear
Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Brown beef in batches (3–4 mins per side). Remove & set aside.
➖️ Step 3 | Aromatics
In the same pot, sautรฉ onion (3–4 mins). Add garlic (1 min). Stir in tomato paste (1 min).
