๐น️ 1 cup yellow cornmeal
๐น️ 1 cup all-purpose flour
๐น️ 1 tbsp baking powder
๐น️ ½ tsp baking soda
๐น️ ½ tsp salt
๐น️ 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
๐น️ 2 large eggs
๐น️ 1 cup buttermilk
๐น️ ¼ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
๐น️ 1 (8 oz) can creamed corn
๐น️ 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles (drained)
๐น️ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
๐ Directions:

๐ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch cast iron skillet or baking dish.
▶️ Step 2:
๐ In a large bowl, whisk together:
