Grilled Chicken Greek Salad with Tzatziki




๐Ÿฅ— Grilled Chicken Greek Salad with Tzatziki

✅ Ingredients


➡️For the Chicken:


2 chicken breasts (or thighs) ๐Ÿ—


2 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’


Juice of 1 lemon ๐Ÿ‹


2 garlic cloves, minced ๐Ÿง„


1 tsp oregano ๐ŸŒฟ


Salt & pepper



➡️For the Salad:


Romaine or mixed greens ๐Ÿฅฌ


Cherry tomatoes ๐Ÿ…


Cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’


Red onion ๐Ÿง…


Kalamata olives ๐Ÿซ’


Feta cheese ๐Ÿง€



➡️For the Tzatziki:


1 cup Greek yogurt ๐Ÿฅ›


½ cucumber, grated & drained ๐Ÿฅ’


1 garlic clove, minced ๐Ÿง„


1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹


1 tbsp dill or mint ๐ŸŒฟ


Salt & pepper



๐Ÿ”น Instructions:

1. Marinate & Grill Chicken ๐Ÿ‘‰ Mix olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper. Marinate chicken 30 min, then grill 5–6 min per side until cooked. Rest & slice.


2. Make Tzatziki ๐Ÿ‘‰ Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon, dill/mint, salt & pepper. Chill.


3. Assemble Salad ๐Ÿ‘‰ Layer greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives & feta. Top with grilled chicken and a big spoon of tzatziki.



๐Ÿ’ก Tips

◾️Drain cucumber well for creamy tzatziki.

◾️Marinate chicken longer for deeper flavor.

◾️Add quinoa or couscous for a heartier meal.


๐Ÿฅ™ Serving idea: Delicious with warm pita bread or as a healthy power bowl with rice or quinoa.
