๐Ingredients:
◾️ 2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into chunks)
◾️ 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
◾️ 4 carrots, diced
◾️ 3 potatoes, diced
◾️ 1 onion, chopped
◾️ 3 garlic cloves, minced
◾️ 4 cups beef broth
◾️ 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
◾️ 1 tsp dried thyme
◾️ 1 tsp dried rosemary
◾️ Salt & pepper to taste
◾️ 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water (optional, for thickening)
◾️ ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
๐Instructions
✅️1. ๐ฅ Season beef with salt & pepper. Sear in a hot skillet until browned.
✅️2. ๐ Transfer the beef to your slow cooker.
✅️3. ๐ฅ Add mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
✅️4. ๐ง Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle in herbs.
✅️5. ๐ Stir to combine everything, cover, and let the magic happen.
✅️6. ⏲️ Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
