๐ฒ Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole

๐ Ingredients:
4 cups diced potatoes ๐ฅ
2 cups diced ham ๐
1 small onion, finely chopped ๐ง
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup ๐ฒ
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ๐ง
1 cup milk ๐ฅ
½ cup sour cream ๐ถ
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐ง
1 tsp salt ๐ง
½ tsp black pepper ๐ถ️
½ tsp paprika ๐
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish) ๐ฟ
๐ฉ๐ณ Directions:
✅️1. Prepare the Ingredients
↪️ In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, diced ham, and chopped onion.
✅️2. Mix the Sauce
↪️ In another bowl, mix together:
cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
✅️3. Assemble the Casserole
↪️ Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick spray.
↪️ Layer half of the potato and ham mixture into the crockpot.
↪️ Pour half of the sauce over the top.
↪️ Repeat with remaining potatoes, ham, and sauce.

On low for 6–7 hours
Or on high for 3–4 hours
Until potatoes are tender and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
