๐ Blackened Cajun Chicken
๐Ingredients:
◾️2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
◾️1 tbsp olive oil
◾️1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
◾️½ tsp garlic powder
◾️Salt & pepper, to taste
๐Instructions:
▶️ Rub chicken with oil and season well.
▶️ Sear in a hot skillet 5–6 min per side until blackened and cooked through.
▶️ Rest, then slice.
๐ Creamy Cajun Pasta Sauce
๐Ingredients:
◾️10 oz rigatoni or penne pasta
◾️2 tbsp butter
◾️3 garlic cloves, minced
◾️1 cup heavy cream
◾️½ cup chicken broth
◾️½ cup grated Parmesan
◾️1 tsp Cajun seasoning
◾️¼ tsp smoked paprika
◾️1 red bell pepper, diced
◾️¼ cup red onion, chopped
◾️Salt & pepper, to taste

๐Instructions:
▶️ Boil pasta until al dente, drain, set aside.
▶️ In skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ bell pepper + red onion 3–4 min.
▶️ Add garlic, cook 30 sec. Stir in cream, broth, Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, paprika.
▶️ Simmer 4–5 min until thick and creamy.
▶️ Add pasta to sauce and toss to coat evenly.
▶️ Top with sliced Cajun chicken.
