👉Instructions:
✅️1. Marinate the Steak:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Add the steak slices and coat well. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
✅️2. Season the Shrimp:
In another bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
✅️3. Cook the Veggies:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced peppers and onion. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized. Remove from skillet and set aside.
✅️4. Cook the Steak:
In the same skillet, cook the marinated steak for about 2–3 minutes per side or until your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.
✅️5. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
✅️6. Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, mayo, shredded cheese, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
✅️7. Assemble the Skillet:
Return the steak, shrimp, and veggies to the skillet. Drizzle the creamy sauce on top and gently stir to combine.
✅️8. Melt the Cheese:
Top with more shredded cheese and let it melt on low heat for a minute or two.
✅️9. Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, extra cheese, and jalapeños if desired. Serve immediately with tortillas or rice.
