👉Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped bell peppers (any color)
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onions
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
3 cups beef broth
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup uncooked white rice
👉Instructions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
2. Transfer the cooked beef to your slow cooker. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
4. Add the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Stir in the uncooked rice. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
6. Stir before serving. Enjoy warm, or store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
