Pepper Steak with Rice





👉Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced


2 bell peppers (any color), sliced


1 onion, thinly sliced


2 garlic cloves, minced


2 cups cooked white or brown rice


2 tbsp soy sauce


1 tbsp cornstarch


1 tbsp vegetable oil


Salt and black pepper, to taste



👉Instructions:

✅️1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

✅️2. Add the sliced beef and cook until nicely browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

✅️3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell peppers, and garlic for about 5 minutes, until softened and lightly caramelized.

✅️4. Return the beef to the pan. In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in a splash of water, then stir it into the pan with the soy sauce.

✅️5. Let it all simmer for 2–3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

✅️6. Season with salt and pepper as needed.

✅️7. Serve hot over a bed of rice and enjoy!
