🔹️Cheesy Mexican Beef & Dorito Bake
👉Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
½ cup water
1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies), drained
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 bag (9.75 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
✅️2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any grease.
✅️3. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Let simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
✅️4. Mix in the Rotel, corn, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheese. Stir until combined.
✅️5. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom.
✅️6. Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the Doritos.
✅️7. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.
✅️8. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
✅️9. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve hot.
